Bring the requirement. We build the supply program.
Triple M Direct works backward from the brief—scoping product, quantity, packaging, compliance, timing and the evidence still needed before a sourcing path is approved.
The operating idea
Not a catalog.
A disciplined response to the requirement.
Generic sourcing creates more work for the buyer. We start with the actual need, make the unknowns explicit, test feasibility and develop only the product direction worth reviewing.
That keeps product, factory, packaging, quality and commercial decisions connected from the first brief through the agreed handoff.
The requirement.
- Specification or use case
- Quantity or annual volume
- Target and timing
- Packaging and compliance needs
A qualified program path.
- Feasibility and named unknowns
- Documented sourcing options
- Program and packaging direction
- Quality gates and approval path
How Triple M Direct structures the work
The work between a buyer’s brief and a factory-ready program.
Workstreams are scoped per requirement. Capabilities and claims are not represented as verified until the supporting evidence is in hand.
Specification, use case, quantity, target, timing, channel, packaging and compliance.
A pursue, pursue-with-conditions or decline decision with named gaps, conditions and owners.
Approved requirement, product boundary, sourcing geography and commercial constraints.
Product options, quotations, samples, capacity information and available factory records.
Verified supplier facts, product imagery, pack structure, buyer brand mode and line objectives.
SKU architecture, assortment, buyer book, private-label direction, dielines and factory handoff.
Product claims, destination market, buyer standards, test needs, inspection criteria and factory records.
Evidence gaps, testing and inspection coordination, corrective-action tracking and approval gates.
Approved price, purchase order, artwork, production confirmation, inspection plan and shipping terms.
Production follow-through, inspection coordination, export-document coordination and freight handoff when included in the approved scope.

Start with the problem
Which of these is you?
Three situations bring buyers to us. Pick yours and we’ll start there.
My owned brand has a hole in it.
You know the bay isn’t right. A price point with nothing on it. Six SKUs where the competitor has twenty. A material nobody’s offering. You don’t have the team to build the fix, and your sourcing office can find product but can’t design a line.
Send us three photos of the bay. We’ll ladder every ticket, mark the empty rung, and send back one costed concept that fills it. Then, if it’s right, we build the whole program.
Send photos of the bay ↗My vendor missed a date.
A container didn’t sail. A factory failed inspection. A reset is coming and the goods aren’t. You need in-line product, retail-packed, on the water inside the window—not a quote in ninety days.
On pre-qualified items at audited plants with a confirmed slot, approved goods move from purchase order to shipped in weeks. We confirm the slot in writing before the date goes on your calendar, and we tell you up front if what you need can’t make it.
Tell us what’s missing ↗I import. I need a program to carry.
You have the balance sheet, the vendor numbers and the retail relationships. What you don’t have is time to develop a line from scratch for every buyer who asks.
We build the owned-brand program—assortment, price ladder, packaging, factory, compliance—and hand it to you finished. You import it and sell it under your name or theirs.
Talk about a program ↗A checkable production claim
What “weeks, not quarters” actually means.
This is the calendar for a rescue or in-season order on in-line product. It applies only at plants we have already qualified, on items with no new tooling, with a slot confirmed in writing. Anything else gets its own calendar before we quote it.
Purchase order received
Deposit terms confirmed.
Factory slot confirmed in writing
Materials and packaging stock verified. If either fails, you know today.
Production
Our Ningbo team on the floor. Daily photos on request.
Inspection and documents
Inspection to AQL 2.5 by our team, third-party inspection if your program requires it. Documents prepared against your letter of credit or routing guide.
On board at origin
Or trucked to port for delivered orders. Bill of lading to you the same day.
Transit is the one thing we can’t compress. West Coast lands in three to four weeks from sailing, East Coast four to five. Air bridge available on partials if you nominate the carrier.
No brief needed
Send three photos of your bay.
Three photos and an email address, and you’ll have the price ladder, the empty rung, and one concept that fills it within five business days.
- The whole bay, straight on, so we can see the full assortment.
- Close enough that the price tickets are readable.
- The part that bothers you—the shelf you’d change if you could.
